• Flexible and rapid start-up – high-speed operation – flexible slow stop, with stepless speed regulation via an S-shaped speed curve; the advanced constant torque intelligent follow-up system ensures that the output torque follows the changes in door operating load, eliminating jerking and vibration at low speeds; the operation is high-speed and smooth, giving a high-end feel;
• With up to a hundred control parameters, engineers can adjust each door to its optimal state. The system has a unique function of recording multiple sets of status parameters, and can restore the memorized parameters with one click in case of a fault;
• In case of an emergency signal, the motor's dynamic response time is within 30 milliseconds, and the inertia undershoot does not exceed 5mm, maximizing customer safety;
• The system has undergone 200,000 continuous operation tests (tested with continuous operation at a switching frequency of once every 10 seconds). Suitable for environments with extremely frequent and rapid transit;
• The system uses an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM motor). The motor employs rare-earth permanent magnet materials, resulting in twice the efficiency compared to traditional asynchronous induction motors. It offers advantages such as energy saving, light weight, low temperature rise, high torque, and double the overload capacity;
• Standard configuration includes aviation connector cables, simplifying installation and debugging. It features a Chinese display and a user-friendly human-machine interface.
