How the Intelligent New Fast Door Servo Control System works

 

Precise positioning

 

The TONGHANG fast door servo control system uses a built-in absolute encoder to accurately track the position of the motor in real time, eliminate cumulative errors or interference errors, and ensure that the door body will never deviate and accurately position. Even when the power is off, the position change of the door body can be maintained, and there is no need to re-find the origin and debug restrictions after power is on.

 

High-speed operation

 

It uses high-quality AC permanent magnet synchronous motors with high speed. Calculated based on commonly used door bodies, the maximum operating speed of fast doors can reach 2m/s, and the door opening and closing actions can be completed in a short time, making the material flow of the factory smoother and reducing waiting and congestion.

 

Safe and reliable

 

The system has a safety protection function, which can detect the entry and exit actions of personnel in time and start the brake. In the event of extreme situations such as power outages, it can also brake rapidly. At the same time, it can be equipped with safety devices such as infrared sensing photoelectrics and bottom edge airbags to provide multiple safety guarantees for the operation of fast doors.

Precisely drive the door body movement

 

The servo control system drives the roller of the fast door by controlling the servo motor. The servo motor receives the pulse signal from the control system. Every time it receives a pulse, it will rotate the corresponding angle, thereby driving the door curtain to achieve precise displacement. At the same time, the motor itself will send a corresponding number of pulses to the control system to form a closed-loop control, so that the control system can accurately grasp the position of the door body and achieve precise positioning and stable operation of the fast door.

 

Achieve rapid opening and closing and buffering

 

When the door opening sensor (such as radar, geomagnetism, etc.) detects that a person or vehicle is approaching, it will transmit a signal to the servo control system, and the system will quickly issue a command to drive the servo motor to make the fast door rise quickly. When the door is about to reach the upper limit position, the control system will control the motor to decelerate, achieve buffering stop, and prevent collision with the track. The same is true for the closing process, which can ensure that the fast door runs quickly and smoothly, reducing noise and mechanical wear.

 

Work with safety devices

 

For example, when the infrared sensing photoelectric detects an object under the door body, it will transmit a signal to the control system, and the system will immediately control the motor to stop running or reverse to avoid accidents caused by the door curtain falling. When the bottom airbag is squeezed, it will also trigger the control system to take corresponding actions to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

 

Support multiple control modes

 

Support button manual control, radar control, geomagnetic control, face recognition, IC card and other control methods. Users can choose the appropriate control mode according to actual needs. In each mode, the control system can respond accurately and control the fast door to open and close according to the set requirements.

 

Linkage with other equipment

 

Multiple multi-function output ports are reserved, which can be linked with other automation equipment in the factory (such as AGV carts, production lines, etc.) for signal communication.
