Exhibition Overview

China (Yuhuan) International Machine Tool Exhibition, referred to as: Yuhuan Machine Tool Exhibition, English abbreviation: YME. It was first held in 2004, once a year, and has been successfully held for 20 sessions so far. It is a machine tool exhibition jointly founded by Yuhuan Huapu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. and Yuhuan Machine Tool Industry Association, rooted in Yuhuan. It has received strong support from the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, Yuhuan Municipal People's Government and Taizhou Municipal Chamber of Commerce for the Promotion of International Trade. The main purpose is to serve the innovation, upgrading and development of Yuhuan's manufacturing industry. Since its inception, the exhibition has grown from the initial 176 booths and 82 companies to more than 2,500 booths and nearly 800 companies in 2022. It has witnessed the important process of Yuhuan's economic structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading. Over the past 20 years, it has served nearly 10,000 exhibitors from all over the country, 800,000 visiting buyers, achieved on-site transactions of more than 10 billion yuan, and reached an intended transaction volume of more than 20 billion yuan. It has been highly recognized by exhibitors and visitors, and has become a "catalyst" and "booster" for technological innovation in Yuhuan and even Taizhou manufacturing; it has promoted the integrated development of Yuhuan's primary, secondary and tertiary industries; and it is a shining "city business card" for Yuhuan's economic development.

Metal Cutting Machine Tool Exhibition Area:

Here are gathered various advanced metal cutting machine tools, including high-precision machining centers, which have multi-axis linkage processing capabilities and can achieve one-time precision machining of complex parts; excellent turning and milling machine tools, which perfectly integrate turning and milling processes to effectively improve machining efficiency and precision; efficient drilling and tapping machine tools, which perform well in small-diameter machining and thread machining; large gantry boring and milling machine tools, which are suitable for the machining of large parts and have high rigidity and stability; precision wire cutting machine tools, which can accurately cut metal workpieces of various complex shapes; and flexible and changeable combination machine tools, which can be customized according to different processing needs to meet diverse production tasks.

Metal forming machine tool exhibition area: The sheet metal machinery exhibition area displays various advanced CNC sheet metal equipment, such as CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, etc., which can accurately bend and shear sheet metal, meeting the high-precision requirements of sheet metal parts in different industries. The forming machinery area displays various metal forming equipment, including stamping machines, forging machines, etc., which can realize the plastic deformation of metal materials and manufacture parts of various shapes. The hydraulic machinery exhibits include high-performance hydraulic presses, hydraulic pump stations, etc., providing powerful and stable power support for metal forming processing. The laser processing equipment exhibition area presents advanced laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, etc., which use the high energy density characteristics of lasers to achieve fine cutting and welding of metal materials, with the advantages of high processing accuracy and small heat-affected zone. The mold exhibition area brings together various precision molds, such as injection molds, die-casting molds, stamping molds, etc. These molds are key tools for metal forming processing, and their quality and precision directly affect the quality and production efficiency of the products. Robot application / intelligent welding exhibition area:

In terms of robot application, a variety of robots with different functions are displayed. Among them, assembly robots can quickly and accurately complete the assembly of parts and components, improve assembly efficiency and product quality; handling robots can efficiently carry various heavy objects to achieve rapid transfer and distribution of materials; stacking robots can neatly and stably stack products on pallets for easy storage and transportation. In the field of intelligent welding, welding robots are the protagonists, including arc welding robots, spot welding robots, etc. They can accurately complete welding tasks according to preset procedures and parameters to ensure the consistency and stability of welding quality. The welding system exhibition area displays advanced welding power supplies, welding wire feeders and other equipment, which provide stable welding energy and material delivery for welding robots to ensure the smooth progress of the welding process. The welding equipment exhibition area presents various manual welding equipment, automatic welding special machines, etc., to meet the welding production needs of different scales and process requirements. Tool and cutting tool exhibition area:

There are a wide variety of cutting tools, including turning tools, milling cutters, boring tools, drill bits and other cutting tools. These cutting tools use advanced materials and manufacturing processes, have high hardness, high wear resistance and high cutting performance, and can meet the needs of different metal materials and processing technologies. The tool display area displays various sharpening equipment and tools, such as sharpeners, grinding wheels, etc., which are used for sharpening and repairing tools to ensure that the tools always maintain a good cutting state.
