FAQ
How do I select the correct power supply for this 2KW servo drive?
For a 2KW servo drive, it is generally recommended to use a single-phase 220V AC power supply connected to the L1 and L3 terminals. If your factory only has a 380V power supply, please use a step-down transformer to convert it to 220V. Note: Never connect a 380V power supply directly to the drive, as it will cause severe damage.
What control modes does this drive support?
This 2KW single-axis drive supports multiple control modes, including Position Control, Speed Control, Torque Control, and JOG Operation. You can easily switch between these modes via parameter settings to match your specific application requirements.
The motor vibrates and makes loud noise upon power-up. How can I fix this?
This issue is typically caused by the system gain being set too high, resulting in self-excited oscillation. We recommend using the drive's auto-tuning function or manually adjusting the gain parameters to lower the system gain appropriately.
The motor exhibits "crawling" or jerky movements at low speeds. What should I do?
Low-speed crawling is usually caused by insufficient system gain or mechanical friction. Please try increasing the system gain parameters slightly or enable the auto-gain adjustment function. Also, ensure the mechanical load is properly lubricated and aligned.
How can I prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) from affecting the drive?
A: Servo drives can be a source of interference. To minimize this, please ensure the drive and motor are properly grounded. We strongly recommend using shielded twisted-pair cables for all encoder and control signal lines, and keeping them at least 20cm away from high-power motor cables.
