Servo Drive With Torque Control

This servo drive with torque control takes high-precision torque adjustment as its core. Equipped with an advanced vector control algorithm and real-time torque sampling technology, its torque control accuracy can reach ±0.5%, and it supports smooth adjustment within the range of 0 to rated torque. It is suitable for working conditions requiring constant torque output (such as film winding, precision tightening, material tension control, etc.).​

It has torque limiting and torque compensation functions, which can effectively suppress torque deviation caused by load fluctuations. At the same time, it supports flexible switching between three modes (torque/speed/position) to meet the control needs of multiple scenarios. It integrates a high-resolution encoder interface, compatible with incremental and absolute encoders. Combined with EtherCAT/Modbus buses, it realizes high-speed data interaction with industrial control systems.​

Built-in protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating and stalling ensures safe operation of the equipment. The drive adopts a compact design, which is suitable for different installation spaces. Moreover, its parameter configuration is convenient, supporting quick debugging through an upper computer or a panel.
